It shows clearly that the world is becoming more complex. The 4 differents tendencies by 2030 are :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>People first with a focus on meaning<\/li>\n<li>Big\u00a0worldwide organizations becoming even bigger and bigger.<\/li>\n<li>The green and sustainable ones<\/li>\n<li>The innovation companies, driven by new technologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I won&#8217;t try to summarize the paper, just\u00a0hoping you will take the time to have a look at\u00a0it. (it&#8217;s only 40 pages) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.com\/gx\/en\/services\/people-organisation\/workforce-of-the-future\/workforce-of-the-future-the-competing-forces-shaping-2030-pwc.pdf\">https:\/\/www.pwc.com\/gx\/en\/services\/people-organisation\/workforce-of-the-future\/workforce-of-the-future-the-competing-forces-shaping-2030-pwc.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To conclude, what\u00a0comes at the end is that adaptability is more than never the key competency to developp as we cannot predict what may arise in the next decade.
