Reasons for job failure

According to a study(*) conducted by Leadership IQ, a global leadership training and research company based in Atlanta, only 11% of job failures is due to a lack of technical skills.

The hability to accept and implement feedbacks, and to understand emotions (their own and others ones) are the most important reasons for job failures. (26 and 23%)
